Birth Doula Package #1
Includes:
•2 prenatal visits- to get to know one another, discuss your pregnancy,
your upcoming birth and practice comfort techniques
•24/7 on-call service starting at 38 weeks
•Virtual support via phone/text/email
•Continuous support throughout your labor and delivery (home, birth
center or hospital)
•Care after birth- Your doula will stay with you 1-2 hours after the birth to assist with
the first feeding if needed, and make sure everyone is settled in and comfortable.
•Postpartum follow-up: Virtual or in-person postpartum visit to go over your birth experience and
answer any questions you may have. Approximately 2 hours.
Birth + Postpartum Package #2
Includes:
All of Package #1, plus:
12 hours of postpartum care (over multiple visits)
(Daytime minimum 4 hours, Overnight minimum 8 hours (up to 12 hours)
Support includes infant and mother care, infant care education, meal prep
if needed, help with your daily chores and personal care.
Birth + Postpartum Package #3
Includes:
All of Package #1, plus:
20 hours of postpartum care (over multiple visits)
(Daytime minimum 4 hours, Overnight minimum 8 hours (up to 12 hours)
Support includes infant and mother care, infant care education, meal prep
if needed, help with your daily chores and personal care.
Premium Holistic Postpartum Package #4
Services and products may include:
4 hour holistic daytime sessions
(May be added onto birth package or purchased on its own.)

For those who want the prenatal and/or postpartum guidance of a doula virtually,
without the purchase of a birth or postpartum package.
For birth, we can help you create a birth plan that works for you, teach comfort techniques,
basic childbirth education, provide a list of resources to support you, and more. (Presence at birth not included)
For postpartum mentoring, we can meet virtually during pregnancy to plan out your
ideal postpartum support plan, including meal prep ideas and recipes, baby care basics, a postpartum
resource list, access to an amazing list of baby products we've used and love, and more.
