Birth Doula Package #1

Includes:   
•2 prenatal visits- to get to know one another, discuss your pregnancy,
 your upcoming birth and practice comfort techniques    
•24/7 on-call service starting at 38 weeks     
•Virtual support via phone/text/email     
•Continuous support throughout your labor and delivery (home, birth
 center or hospital)     
•Photos taken at your request     
•Care after birth- I will stay with you 1-2 hours after the birth to assist with
 the first feeding if needed, and make sure everyone is settled in and comfortable.     
•Postpartum follow-up: Virtual or in-person postpartum visit to go over your birth experience and
​answer any questions you may have. Approximately 2 hours.

12 hours of postpartum care (over multiple visits)

Birth Mentoring

For those who want the prenatal guidance of a doula virtually or in the comfort
of your home. I can help you create a birth plan that works for you,
teach comfort techniques, basic childbirth education, and provide a list of 
​resources to support you. (Presence at birth not included)

Postpartum Doula Services


As transformational as birth can be, it is only the beginning. Once you are home, your care and comfort are very important as you navigate your way on this new journey. Postpartum Doula care can help support you as you find your way.

Postpartum Packages include daytime or overnight services. I can help with physical and emotional recovery after birth, as well as provide community resources for you to explore.

Shifts include either daytime hours- minimum 5 hour shifts, and/or overnight hours 8-10 hour shifts. Both daytime and overnight shifts can be spread out over a period of several weeks to suit your family's needs.

Daytime services may include breastfeeding support, infant care, light housework tasks as needed, meal preparation, or other agreed upon services. Daytime services may also include those listed as add-on services under the Birth Doula packages above.

For overnight shifts, I will arrive ready to help with the nighttime care of you and your baby. I will bottle feed or bring the baby to you for breastfeeding. While you fall back to sleep for the maximum amount of rest, I can diaper and soothe baby back to sleep.
